Baseball is back!

We are in FULL swing with baseball! 4-5 days a week, but we all do kind of love it! Our nights get crazy but it wears the kids out, Jeremy has fun coaching (well maybe not Tball!) and I get some social time, win win for everyone!

(What is REALLY sad is that I am JUST now getting back to this post and baseball season just ended! Seriously behind on life!)

But Im going to go ahead and post cute pictures of my little baseball stars!

Love my sweet little boy!
He was so cute. He loved his hat :)
This year Owen played Tball and was on the Giants. Hannah was on the Indians and moved up to Single A Ball with the big boys! Like literally, with 9 year old boys! I was so proud she got out there and did it. This season was kid pitch instead of coach pitch, which meant LOTS of crazy pitches, even kids getting hit with pitches and a much harder season for them. Unfortunately, our team was new to A-ball, we had LOTS of 6 year olds so it was a tough season. We only won one game but the kids did a great job each game. We'll get better each year! And the best, this ROCK STAR, PITCHED against 9 year old boys. SO proud of her. And she loved it!

My girl batting!

Team picture, we had great coaches!

One of the grandpas on the team takes these great pictures almost every game. We are so lucky to have these!

 LOVE this picture!
 My girl pitching!!

I will admit I get nervous watching her but its fun!

Then my little Giant. He LOVED baseball. He was so cute playing pitcher and first base. Tball is basically one big mosh pit when the ball was hit, so the kids basically just wrestled for the ball. But Owen took it pretty seriously!

He ALWAYS had the dirtiest pants. Im no susie homemaker but I would soak those things for 3 days!

EVERY single time he would bat, he would slide into home. And he had the best slide out there!

I think he's going to be a pretty good athlete. Cant wait to watch him!
 Sweet baseball angel!

Easter Weekend!

We set out for a weekend away to California for Easter weekend. I was still not feeling great but knew getting out of the house would help. It was a great weekend! We got in early and were able to catch up before dinner, then had a busy next couple of days!

Saturday morning we went to the neighborhood park for an Easter egg hunt, the kids had alot of fun! Tons of eggs and with a little help they both found golden eggs :)

We dyed some Easter eggs, thank goodness for teacher Kelly!

That night we had tickets to go to Medieval Times, I was excited to take the kids!

The kids really loved it. Hannah LOVED the chicken, she still talks about it ha ha

Easter morning we had lots of fun Easter surprises, amazing food, and egg hunts!

Getting in the car was TOUGH. I was dreading that 4 hour ride home, not feeling so good. And it was LONG and no one slept! It was a great weekend though, thankful we have them close to share holidays with them :)
