Happy 6th Birthday!!

So hard to believe she is SIX! I always felt at 5 they still felt young, then six approached and Im doing ok with it, but seven, just no! I wont be able to handle 7! that just sounds too old!

You are SIX sweet girl!! You are so incredibly beautiful!
You are my strong willed, determined, hard working, school loving girl who LOVES to learn, play and play some more. You LOVE family, you absolutely love your brother but you two fight like crazy. You always look out for him, it is one of the best things I ever get to watch.
She even got to put whip cream ON her frosted cinnamon roll. Then licked off all the whip cream and told me she didnt want the cinnamon roll...of course!
 Best friends!
Such a beautiful girl inside and out! You care so much about other people, following the rules and making good choices. You work hard to do right from wrong, you make sure others do too ;) You are such a great student, you have had green on your behavior chart EVERY single day. You love school and love learning, reading and writing. I hope that continues.

Owen and I stopped by with cupcakes, she was SO excited. All her friends wanted to take pictures with her ha ha. They all sang to her, then told me which cupcakes they wanted lol vocal little things!
Shopkins from Aunt Lindsay, you pretty much win when you get her Shopkins!
Crazy to think she has spent half of her life here in Vegas!
You are SO funny. SO full of life. You go and go and go until you can't go anymore. Im not sure where on earth you get the energy! You love playing with friends, and could do it 24/7. Even when you get home from school you just want to keep on playing.
We attempted a layered birthday cake for her, it was her choice! That thing was HUGE. And covered in sprinkles :)
She had an eye doctor appointment on her birthday so after that we had dinner then came home for presents and cake. She had a great day!!

Hannah you are my absolute JOY. Knowing I get you as a daughter forever makes me the happiest mom in the world. You are cautious but brave, you always need time to warm up to something new but then you usually end up loving it. Ive said it before but you are so strong willed and determined to do things your way, you will run some big corporation one day! Under that strong willed, do it your way exterior, you aim to please and want to be good and do the best you can. You try very hard and everything you do. You have a huge zest for life, Ive never seen someone who has so much energy. You are strong, brave, kid, extremely loving, caring and hilarious. I absolutely couldnt even imagine life without you.

Here is to another amazing year Hannah!

2nd annual Disney Birthday!

I am loving our tradition of taking Hannah to Disney for her birthday, I just LOVE that place! Brings back so many awesome memories. This year was great, the kids are getting older and easier to take places, well...sometimes. But for the most part it was a great trip, a few hiccups with tired, grouchy kids but overall I think we all enjoyed the Happiest place on Earth!

So hard to believe she is SIX!
Owen enjoyed Disney for the most part...he's funny about some of the rides and would rather just wait outside throwing goldfish to the ducks! We got him on a few!

Megan, Brock, Kelly and Duke joined us on Saturday! It was a great time with them!! They were so great to help with Owen when he didnt want to ride something and they treated Hannah to birthday face painting! She loved it!

And this girl is my thrill seeker! I think between the two days she rode Big thunder mountain 8 times! One of my all time favorite rides!
Megan and Brock took one for the team and rode the teacups with the kids. Jeremy and I just cant stomach it! But it was so funny, they took video and half way through Owens face turns ghost white and he looked like he wasnt going to make it!

Owen did love the buzz lightyear ride!
The one thing I did want to do was have the kids silhouettes done. I was so glad we got in! This man is amazing. He just has the kids sit there for a few minutes and cuts with small scissors. He doesnt draw anything! Crazy! I love how they turned out. Owen's is definitely just like him!
Loved our time at Disney and the time with The Knapps as always. It was a great long weekend!!

Wolfpack Basketball!

In the baseball off season we picked up basketball and that has been interesting! I'll just say, they are definitely a baseball team but it has been fun to be back with our favorite team and watch the kids do something else. It was a bit of a rough start but they actually won their first game this past weekend. So we are 1 and 4! We arent quite sure the league checks birth certificates judging by the heights of some of these "7" year olds but we're doing ok! after 6 weeks they are finally cathing on!

Alot of these teams play together year round so we had alot of catching up to do. We love watching these kids do anything though!

From sand to snow!

When we got back from the beach, Mt Charleston got a bunch of snow so we decided to take the kids to see the other extreme! We aren't exactly prepared with clothes for the snow but we did our best and the kids loved sledding! Well, Hannah and Jeremy! Owen enjoyed sliding down on his bottom and watching us from below! It was a fun day. We ended it with nice warm cups of hot chocolate!

 Love this pic of them!
Owen always does his own thing!
When you have rainboots in the icy snow its tough to get up the hill!

We went back a couple weeks later....the snow that time was about 15 in deep!

It was gorgeous!
