nnaaaaccckkkk!

This child loves snacks!! She could eat crackers all day long! She points to the kitchen & says "nnnaaaccckk"! It's funny but I can only give her so many crackers. Her new thing is that she wants the entire sleeve. She takes a bite out of one & puts it down. Such a crazy little system this girl has! But it's funny. Of course it's not so funny when we are in public & she has 20 crackers all around her with one bite out of each! She is so funny though!

This weekend was pretty crazy. By Sunday I was so beat we stayed in all day! & it was great!
We do have some good news-
We have a contract on our house! I hate to say that it's sold because it's not sold until it's sold but we are moving in the right direction! Now the fun of looking begins! I think...

It's been great but we are ready to move on! I know I am!

birthday and a nice weekend!

today is my grandfathers 94th birthday! Yes- NINETY FOUR!! I am so thankful they are here in KY and we got to celebrate with them last night! He is such a great man, still so smart and funny. He loves when we all get together and when we can all get him out to a restaurant. We went to our favorite mexican restaurant last night and they surprised him with a very loud version of Feliz Cumpleanos with the HUGE mexican sombrero. He loved it. So did I, I loved that we were celebrating 94 years of his life.
We had a nice weekend but it was actually pretty low key. I was glad- I feel like we have been running like crazy people but we havent really been doing much more than we usually do. We got to watch U of L finally beat UK in football, we made our first fall batch of chili & enjoyed some beautiful fall weather, I took some pictures, spent time with family and celebrated my Bumpah. It was quiet and nice.

We are waiting on some house news- but Im sure nothing will come of it :( My fingers are crossed nonetheless.

Hannah is 20 months old tomorrow. OH MY! What a FUN 20 month old she is. Full of new things and talking up a storm. Some nights I cant hug the girl hard enough. So thankful she is all mine.

Bird!

Hannah LOVES saying the word bird and doing bird in sign language. She can spot a bird flying through the air from her carseat. She loves them! We took her to the zoo on Saturday & Lorikeet Landing was the perfect place for her! She yells Bird with such conviction, just like she says puppy and bye bye. The three words she cannot say quietly :)

One of the birds landed on Jeremys hand and Hannah couldnt get close enough! She loved it! We were afraid she would get too close but she did pretty good!

We had a great weekend! Friday we crashed! We didnt do much at all! Saturday I was dying to do something outside- Jeremy got off work early which just MAKES my day! So we went and had lunch as a little family and went to the zoo. It was a beautiful day for it! Then we stopped by my grandparents house for a visit, my mom kept Hannah and we had a dinner date. It was so nice! It was so nice to be able to eat slow and talk :) we went back to my parents house and watched the Michigan game which was a game I wish I had actually watched the whole thing. It was a good one! And we booked Jeremys ticket for California!! I am ecstatic that he is going! It will be an action packed trip for all of us but I cant wait!!!

Speed Racer!

This video makes my heart smile! This is SO my child! This sums up everything about Hannah! Ive said since she started walking and talking how much of a handful she is going to be- this proves it! I have a feeling someone is going to LOVE Disneyland!!



I love how she uses her feet to get momentum in the beginning then lifts them up and just flys down the street! That laugh is just contagious :) Jeremy had to stop filming to make sure she didnt crash!

Im still here!

I have been in a total blogging rut lately. I had this long post saved- then blogger was acting up and it looks all weird and to be honest I just dont have the energy to mess with it. We are good- just busy but I cant exactly pin point what we have been up to. We had a very nice dinner out tonight for my birthday- and as sad as it is, Im a party pooper and about to go to bed! Im 29 going on 69! ha ha!

Ill find some time to blog this weekend but for now, Im ready for bed!
