Hannah has had a big couple of weeks lately! She "graduated" her 3-4 preschool class and next year will start 4-5 preschool. I look at her sometimes and cant even believe she is as big as she is. I'll be an emotional, crazy lady when she goes to kindergarten (which I pray isnt here in LV but thats another story!). She's so many things, but beautiful, kind hearted, loving and funny the things I see in her from sun up to sun down. She's beautiful inside and out, and I am so proud of her. She cares for others, always looks out for others and really wants to do right. Im thankful for that and hope it always stays like that :)
She had her little graduation ceremony, which was really cute. Then we had a pool day at the Y with all the kids from her class. It was alot of fun & those are moments Im so thankful I dont even have to think twice about being able to go to!
The theme was "superheroes" so they wore capes!
This poor guy was battling that awful ear infection so he was a little crabby :(
Last day of 3-4 preschool! Hard to believe!
Ready for her graduation ceremony!
Owen always makes himself at home. He is always walking into her classroom, or just hanging out with all the kids in the middle of the ceremony.
Her "medal" she was so proud of!
Getting her Certificate. She has grown so much. She's not as shy as she once was. She actually ran up to get it. Which is unlike her because she is usually shy and cautious.
Walking out for the program!
Then she had her four year check up appointment, which was late because I cannot stand healthcare here. I hate making appointments, waiting for minimum 2 hours, blah blah. Its awful. Anyways, Jeremy took her. Thankfully. I dont think I couldve done that one. I know its hard watching your child get shots at any age but she actually knows whats going to happen. I knew Id be emotional so Jeremy took her and said she did great. It involved pizza and ice cream but she did great! And still talks about it :)
The last day of school was a picnic at the park with families. It was sweet and a fun way to end the year!
She started T-ball two weeks ago with her friend Maddie. The only two girls on the team! They are so cute out there. There isnt really much strategy or organization but they are learning the basics and Hannah can sure hit the ball! Im so proud of her. I really hope this is something she sticks with. I loved playing softball!!
After the second game they announced they were giving out medals each game. Last week it was the "Good Buddy" medal and my sweet girl got it!! The coach said he saw Hannah give Maddie a high five. I was so proud of her. She really is a sweet, caring girl! She was SO happy. And now she always asks, "where is my golden medal?"
Jeremy was excited she got number 2- his old high school number :)
And Owen...well we just do our best to keep him out of the street and everyones way! ha ha!
And everything in between....just some pictures of what we've been up to lately! This boy is ALWAYS into something. So many messes, so many cheesy grins, its unreal how fast he is. But thank God for that precious smile!
We took the kids fishing Saturday morning. It was Free fishing day at a park near us and well...imagine a two year old fishing....
Love her!
We got a membership to a nature preserve and we've already been several times. The kids have a good time and its easy when we need to get out of the house!
Hannah was really excited to fish. We didnt catch anything but it was fun!
He just gets in the pool with all his clothes on, ALL the time. And then puts random toys in there too!
Had a little fun at the library one day. After Owen started pulling books of the shelves, we had to go.
I always find him up on this counter, dressed up in something!
They love the lizards at Springs Preserve!
A theater near us has dollar movies in the summer. I will say, I was nervous about how Owen would do. He did awesome for about an hour. Literally ate like half a medium popcorn for 45 minutes straight and then all of a sudden, out of nowhere he like freaked out. Im not sure if he realized it was dark but we had to leave. But hey, at a dollar a ticket, it was worth it!
Love bug!
She plays school....alot!
You can barely see it, but there's a little mark on his left eye. We were signing Hannah up for summer camp at the Y and the line was long so it took forever. He ran off to play at the foosball table and one of the metal poles met his eye. Screaming, blood, the whole bit. I rarely go anywhere where we dont leave with him screaming. Terrible twos are upon us!!
We have lots to look forward to in the next few weeks, trip to Cali for 4th of July, more T-ball, going home to KY! Then Hannah starts a new pre-school in August. They wear cute little uniforms too :)
