Ill just recap with pictures mostly- and Im sure they wont be in any order! A couple things I learned...the kids will want what the other gets and they will both want to play with what the other one has at exactly that time. They really do a good job sharing but lots of new toys mean lots of sharing!
I also learned that I am my mother :) That is not a bad thing, its actually the best thing. I had so much fun getting presents for everyone that I knew they would love, I loved starting new traditions and hosting Christmas dinner for the first time, I wanted everything to be perfect and delicious! We made it the best for our first (and hopefully last!) Christmas away! Pretty sure next year, we'll be spending Christmas at the beach!
A few funny things Hannah said....she was really worried that Santa wouldnt know how to work the gate at the bottom of the stairs. She wanted him to come upstairs and see her room. Jeremy told her he wouldnt have time and she said, but he can just go next door and then to Maddie's and then he can come here and see my room!
Then we told her we were going to go through all her old toys and get rid of things to give to kids that might not have many toys. She looked around at all her new stuff thinking we were talking about her new gifts and she said, "Like Owen's stuff?" Shes a funny little girl!
Christmas Eve dinner next door!
They love Owen!
baked cookies with Hannah for Santa...her choice- strawberry!
Not a happy camper :)
Attempted a gingerbread house....even the dads couldnt put it together!

They were waiting impatiently for me to take all my pictures and get face time set up!
Before everyone came down that morning, I enjoyed a quiet cup of coffee :)
You are the best dad when you paint fairies with your daughter!
I think thats a wrap! I think thats enough pictures for now! We did have a great Christmas. We missed everyone but watching the kids again this year was so much fun. Its definitely all about them!
