St George, Utah- Family Babymoon!

After our summer vacation we decided to take one final trip as a family of four! We headed to St. George, Utah and Zion National Park! We want to see as much as we can while we are out this way, it's hard between school, 3 kids, work, etc etc but this was an easy 2 hour drive and a lot of fun! I mean, they have a Chick Fil A! I'd even go back just for a day trip :) These are out of order, hey Im already 5 months late on this, we'll call it a win that it's even posted!

We passed through Arizona on the way to Utah!
Our first stop before we could check in to the hotel was Pioneer Park. It was still pretty hot, but the sights were very pretty!
They have a cute downtown splash park the kids loved.
We spent the first day in St George, Pioneer Park, chick fil a, hotel swimming, out to dinner, and played in the splash park!

The next day we took a trip up to Zion! I had no idea what an undertaking it was. We took several shuttles just to get to the park and then shuttles inside the park to different trails. It was so beautiful! Definitely a sight worth seeing.

When the kids talk about Utah they talk about the hotel pool...I mean if that's all it takes we can stay here ha! Oh and Hannah told me her favorite part was the hotel breakfast!

I think all the wildlife we saw was one lizard ha ha

And the best picture of the day...Owen was DONE! He said even his ears were sweaty ha ha ha

 At the downtown splash park!

I can't get over how young and blonde he looks!

Chick Fil A, worth the two hour drive. But it was PACKED.
 Downtown had a cute carousel!

We chose the easiest trails for kids, but they were a good hike for all of us!

Whew, 8 months pregnant, it was HOT

 We saw deer and horses!

We REALLY wanted to do the riverwalk hike but Owen was extremely tired and we just couldn't hike several miles just to get to the water but next time for sure!
And he was DONE!

On our third day we got fishing licenses and wanted to fish but every place we went was packed with boats and didn't have great fishing spots, so we decided to head home. It was a fun trip, we'll definitely go back!
