Fall Festival Fun and 6 great years!

We had a great weekend. BUSY- just the way I like it. It helps me keep my mind off of being so far away from home. Im thankful for Jeremy who puts up with all my plans because I know he'd rather be home on the couch watching football. So lets see...Friday night we went to a local high school football game. Its about 2 miles from our house so it was fun to just get out and do something different. Ill just say this...Im homeschooling the kids. That is all :) But it was homecoming so it was fun to watch the floats.

Saturday we went to a little pumpkin patch, fall festival near us. It was cute and could have been a better experience but BOTH kids were just downright cranky. Sometimes you have those days and it was just easier to leave. We will probably go back. They had some amazing pumpkins!

I LOVE this one!!

The kids painted the pumpkins they picked out....always ends messy!

 Such a Ham!!
 and then he was DONE!

Jeremy bought a new smoker so that night we smoked some chicken and cooked out with the neighbors next door. The kids love playing together and we enjoyed some adult time! Our street is really growing with kids. If I am counting right there are about 27 kids on our street alone. Not all of them come out every single day like we do but at least we are surrounded by kids!

Sunday was our 6 year anniversary! Its crazy its been 6 years. It feels like its flown by. But in 6 years we've done alot. 2 amazing kids, 3 houses, 2 states and a big, huge move that will really test the bond of a family. Im glad to say that even though Las Vegas isnt the ideal place we'd like to be, we have grown stronger as a family and as a couple. After all, all we have is eachother :) Jeremy truly makes being married easy. He just does what I say, right?! Ha ha, kidding. He is a great husband, and the most perfect dad. We love these kids more than life itself and that makes us stronger and work harder on our relationship and being parents. Here's to 60 more!!

Sunday was a great day. We went to a little farm nearby that was having another Fall Festival and the kids were in better moods :) After the farm we grabbed a quick lunch and came home and relaxed.

Some days are hard but these two are my best buds. I spend every single moment with them and even though I feel like I might go a little crazy some days, I cant help but be forever grateful for this opportunity even though we are so far from home. They make it all worth it!!

All these pictures are so precious! Owen's face in the very last one is hilarious, and Hannah looks like such a beautiful grown up girl!
